Day 134 :: 30th November 2011

The final shot for this project. I've seen this done before and had always wanted to try it out! Thank you to Alex for letting me do this in his room and make a mess many times over! I took a few attempts at practicing, but once I got this shot I stopped. It just seemed to be right!
Thank you for watching this project, I hope you enjoyed it.
I learned so much doing it, and I feel I've made progress in my photography. Thank you to everybody who has been involved in some way along the lines! I appreciate it so much.

I walk past these flowers almost every day for lunch, but have never thought about taking photos of them. They're nice and bright white, and with the midday sun they light up even more! I may come back during a sunset one evening and get the sun coming down low if it's in the right spot.

Day 131 :: 27th November 2011

A self taken reversed lens shot of one of my eyes. This was so difficult to do! I had a desk lamp shining right on to me, as well as the bright bathroom lights.
I was watching my screen in the reflection of the mirror and trying to see how in focus things were by moving myself.
I had the remote shutter in my hand to set it off as well.
Every shot was out of focus because I couldn't tell, some were sharp but still slightly soft. As you can tell with this one too!
The direct shots of my eye were cool, but were too freaky for this project! I didn't realise how freaky eyes look close up, until I took these photos and looked on the internet at some other ones that people have done.
This one being a softer and not so direct shot was tamer :)
This is something I'll come back to later as well, using somebody elses eye. It'll be easier to do that way!!

The weather was shocking all day and night, and I didn't have much inspiration for much else. I didn't want to do another water shot either! I was over the rain, and wanted the sun and warmth back!
I love the way the dials on the Subaru's go from end to end when you turn the key, and I've done this kind of thing before. Just not close up and focused on one dial by itself.
